Jennifer James serves as the Spiritual Care Director and Claims Manager for the Christian Science Provider Network (CSPN).
Her core commitment is to support Christian Science Nursing Facilities, Directors of Christian Science Nursing, and their associated staff. This essential work allows the facilities to maintain focus on delivering care, ensures Christian Scientists can utilize their healthcare benefits, and facilitates effective communication with health insurance companies.
Her professional experience includes political and non-profit roles, including Legislative Assistant to the Minnesota Committee on Publication during the development of the Minnesota State Affordable Care Act. She finds it deeply fulfilling to assist the community in accessing their legal right to the Religious Nonmedical Health Care benefit, to collaborate with Christian Science Nursing facilities, and to educate the broader health insurance community regarding this significant provision.
